Your Special Occasion

Tea~Time at the Cottage is an inviting place to showcase your special event. You can find it nestled in historic downtown Monroe GA. The cottage is a newly renovated space that resembles a beautiful gingerbread architectural style. The interior was designed to provide a quaint and cozy space for up to 26 occupants while the patio offers an additional 12 seats. The cottage boasts of the perfect atmosphere to share your special occasion while indulging in an English Afternoon Tea but with an American touch. Please take a look at the packages below to host your next bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, retirement or any other special event. 

Rental of private space for 2.5 hours is $325 (food is not included). If you wish to book beyond the 2 .5 hours, you may do so in advance for $100 for each additional hour. Any time that extends beyond the 2 .5 hours will automatically result in an additional cost equal to the one full hour.  A nonrefundable deposit fee of $325 will be required in order to reserve and hold the date at time of booking. While the fee is nonrefundable, it can be transferable if a change is necessary. A $50 change fee will be incurred for any change of dates. Fifty percent of food payment costs must be collected 5 days in advance of event in order to avoid cancellation of event. Remainder of event balance will be collected at time of event.

• Balloon artistry for children can be arranged for 1 hour for and additional $125. Amazing balloon creations for all children will be twisted and an astronaut or princess balloon costume will be custom made by our talented artist for the guest of honor. If you would like to add a few laughs, oohs and ahhs a combination of 30 minutes of balloon twisting and a 30 minute magic show can be selected for $175. 

• Coffee or a delicious punch can be provided to any tea event for $85
